Live Blogging Presidential Debate - Part Four

And so now Romney finally begins to seize the initiative as he pivots to domestic policy and says "we must be strong at home if we are to lead in the world."
And now it's rat-a-tat-tat: bang, bang, bang. Romney shoots off facts and figures and reaches his stride.
"I will not cut our military budget.
"I think the tension that exists between America and Israel is very unfortunate.
"I think the way we took our missiles out of Poland was very unfortunate.
"In nowhere in the world today is America stronger than it was four years ago."
Obama says we're repositioning ourselves "so we can start rebuilding America."
Obama says Romney has proposed "wrong and reckless policies" and -- AGAIN -- Obama goes after Bush and Cheney.
And Romney shoots back by saying he "has a plan for the future" and he rolls into his five point plan. He points out that we're not tapping Latin America's and says "There's all this talk about China. What about Latin America? Latin America's economy is bigger than China's"
Obama now rolls into education policy.
But it's clear now that Romney has gained the upper hand and Obama is forced to talk about "hiring more teachers." And Obama's now siding with the teachers and talking teachers and public jobs. But Romney doesn't think those public jobs actually help the economy.
But Romney shots back a familiar theme: How Republicans and Democrats worked together to make Massachusetts number one in education.
Within the last 10 - 15 minutes Romney has gained the initiative.
Romney -- Obamacare: That program doesn't sound good AND it's not affordable.
