To remain an industry leader in using social media applications, Global Spectrum, operators of the Wells Fargo Center, have added the photo messaging application Snapchat to its options on social media. Users can now add "WFCPhilly" to their friend list on Snapchat to view exclusive content and special offers from the Wells Fargo Center.

Celebrating the launch of "WFCPhilly" on Snapchat, Global Spectrum is incentivizing those interested to download the Snapchat mobile app and add “WFCPhilly” to their friends list to be entered to win exclusive give-a-ways and one of a kind experiences throughout the week beginning on Monday, April 21 through Friday, April 25. Prizes include a behind-the-scenes tour of the Wells Fargo Center, a Philadelphia Flyers jersey, tickets to Lady Gaga (Monday, May 12), Katy Perry (Monday, August 4 – Tuesday, August 5), Marvel Universe Live! (Thursday, July 24 – Sunday, July 27) and more.
Wells Fargo Center is no stranger to the social media landscape. In December 2013, the venue became the fourth arena in the United States to attain over 100,000 Facebook fans. The arena achieved this accolade by implementing The Big Ticket campaign, which gave one lucky fan two tickets to every event at the arena during a full calendar year. The six-week contest was facilitated through the Wells Fargo Center Facebook page, where users were asked to “like” the page and provide their email address to enter to win this unique opportunity.
