Flyers Wives Charity Event Tkts. On Sale This Week

The Philadelphia Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival will celebrate its 35th year with a giant anniversary celebration at the Wells Fargo Center on Sunday, February 19 from 12 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Tickets to attend the 35th Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival, the largest fundraiser of the year for Comcast-Spectacor Charities, will go on sale on Friday, September 16 at 10 a.m. However, early bird season ticket holders will have the special opportunity to purchase tickets beginning on Tuesday, September 13 at 10 a.m. Season ticket holders and partial season ticket holders can begin purchasing on Thursday, September 15 at 10 a.m. and followers on Facebook (Flyers Charities) and Twitter (@flyerscharities) may begin purchasing tickets on Thursday, September 15 at 2 p.m.

Proceeds from the Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival allow Comcast-Spectacor Charities to assist many local beneficiaries such as, but not limited to, the Philadelphia Senior Center, Living Beyond Breast Cancer, March of Dimes, Penn Hospice at Rittenhouse, Police Athletic League and countless others.

"The Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival is a wonderful opportunity for our fans to get up close and personal with their favorite Flyers players while also helping Comcast-Spectacor Charities raise significant funds to support numerous causes within our community," said Comcast-Spectacor President Peter Luukko. "It's hard to believe that the Carnival is celebrating its 35th anniversary, but it is also truly rewarding to know that, with the support of our fans, together we have made a major difference in our community."

Throughout the 35th Carnival, fans in attendance will have the opportunity to score on one of the Flyers goaltenders, take a photo with the Stanley Cup, and receive autographs from a choice of Danny Briere, Chris Pronger, Jaromir Jagr, Ilya Bryzgalov and James van Riemsdyk. New to the list of activities this year, fans can also take their photo with Claude Giroux and get up to two items signed all at the same time.

Tickets for the 35th Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival will go on sale on Friday, September 16 at 10 a.m. exclusively through ComcastTIX at 1-800-298-4200, online at ComcastTIX.com or in person at the Wells Fargo Center Box Office.

A special pre-sale for early bird Flyers season ticket holders will begin on Tuesday, September 13. Season ticket holders and partial season ticket holders can begin purchasing on Thursday, September 15 at 10 a.m. Facebook fans and Twitter followers have accesson Thursday, September 15 at 2 p.m. Fans can buy early and save as admission ticket prices will be $40 (Early Admission), $25 (General Admission Adult), and $20 (General Admission Child) the day of the carnival.
