Oh, My! These Are New Jersey's Ritziest Addresses!

The new list is out. And we've got it. Here are New Jersey's 10 most expensive ZIP codes and their median home price, according to PropertyShark:

  1. Alpine (07620), $1,450,000
  2. Avalon (08202), $1,444,000 (pictured above)
  3. Short Hills (07078), $1,428,000
  4. Deal (07723), $1,313,000
  5. Avon By The Sea (07717), $1,250,000
  6. Stone Harbor (08247), $1,200,000
  7. New Vernon (07976), $1,150,000
  8. Mantoloking (08738), $1,138,000
  9. Sea Girt (08750), $1,127,000
  10. Rumson (07760), $1,100,000

BTW: Monmouth County had the most towns on the list. But the South Jersey shore scored with two in the top ten: Avalon and Stone Harbor, both in Cape May County.
Our favorite name on this list? Rumson. It even sounds expensive. And, we just love the way it rolls off the tongue.
