You Certainly Won't Want To Miss THIS Program!

Seminarians at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary will host “Theology on Tap,” a relaxed gathering for young people to come and hear a featured speaker discuss ideas and topics that are relevant to the Catholic faith, all while enjoying food, drinks and live music performed by the seminary’s house band.

Christine Flowers, an attorney and columnist, will present her topic “The Dogma Lives Loudly in You.” Following this discussion in the Pope Room, there will be Adoration and Night Prayer in Saint Martin of Tours Chapel.

7:00 p.m. (Discussion in Pope Room)
9:30 p.m. (Adoration and Night Prayer in Chapel)
Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary
100 East Wynnewood Road
Wynnewood, PA 19096

Note: Since its inception in November 2015, the semiannual event at the seminary has been eagerly organized and funded by the seminarians, drawing a crowd of between 250-300 people. The event gives the community the opportunity to share the good news and their own witness stories while also enjoying each other’s company in an informal, but vitalizing atmosphere.

Founded in 1832, the Seminary has served as a leading institution in the formation of Catholic men for the Priesthood in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and dioceses throughout the country for over 180 years. In addition, the seminary’s School of Theological Studies grants degrees and certificates to religious and lay students. This year (2017-2018), the seminary is experiencing resurgence with total enrollment higher than it has been since 2004.
