Joe Biden, Vice President of these United States, had this to say during a speech on Wednesday:

“Folks, where's it written we cannot lead the world in the 20th century in making automobiles?”

No, this wasn’t the speech where he said, “They gonna put y'all back in chains." Nor is it the same speech where he said, “And I'm glad to see that Congressman Ryan likes his dad, too, and quotes his dad.” (Congressman Ryan’s dad passed away when the Congressman was 15 years old).

Nor was this the same speech in which he said, “You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I'm not joking.”
